Digital Product Delivery and Fulfilment Policy
What is delivered
This website does not ship physical goods through the online checkout. A completed online order may provide a published PDF book or downloadable software release, as described on that item's page. Products or services shown only for enquiry, registration, or access request are fulfilled only if separately confirmed in writing.
When access is provided
For PhonePe orders, access is granted only after the server verifies the provider's order as completed and confirms the merchant order reference and amount. For manual UPI, access is granted only after an administrator verifies the submitted payment reference against the payment record. A return to the checkout success page, a screenshot, or a submitted UTR alone does not complete an order.
How to access a download
After verification, the site makes a protected download link available on the order status page and sends an order message to the supplied email when transactional email is available. If the email is delayed, check spam and use the Orders page to request or open the order status link. Access links are time-limited and can be requested again through the order lookup process. Do not share a private order link.
Delivery timing and issues
Digital access is normally made available after payment verification. Provider callbacks, manual payment review, email delivery, network conditions, or a file issue can delay access; the site does not promise an automatic delivery time that it cannot confirm. If a verified order does not provide a readable file, contact support with the order number so the team can review it.
